Service Scope

  • We provide professional 3D modeling, animation, and visualization services based on client specifications.
  • Project details, requirements, and deadlines must be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
  • Any modifications beyond the initial agreement may result in additional charges.

Project Timeline & Revisions

  • The estimated project timeline will be provided before starting. Delays due to incomplete information or client-side revisions may extend the delivery schedule.
  • Clients are entitled to two free revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
  • Final project files will be shared only after the payment is cleared in full.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities

  • Technical limitations should be discussed in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized resale of our work will lead to legal action.
